I love to take pictures of flowers, I don’t know, I guess, it relaxes me whenever I see them. I’ve notice that every time I set out to photograph bugs/insects, I always ended up with more photos of flowers than bugs. This is probably a good thing right, a study shows that flowers can reduced depression and can enhanced positive moods, like happiness.
I shot this photo with my Olympus PEN-PL3. This is why I love the micro four thirds system, it’s small, light, it takes great picture and I can take it anywhere I go. With my Canon 7D, even with the ef 50mm F/1.4 or EF 35mm F/2, it’s still big compare to my pen with the lumix 20mm F/1.7 pancake.
Using the Panasonic Lumix 20mm F/1.7 Pancake lens, I set my pen to aperture priority, at F/5, ISO to set to auto with a max ISO of 3200 and with this settings, I just fire away every time I see something interesting.
