How to Find Your Photographic Inspiration.

Fall Foliage

Every once in a while I feel bored and cannot find any inspiration or driving factor to take pictures. I get bored with what I see, maybe because, I see the same things over and over. Below are some of the stuff that have inspired me to get out and make some pictures.

  • Books – old photography books, or any¬†books that may interest me.
  • Magazines – I love reading Wired and Esquire, I don’t read photography magazine, all I see are ads.
  • Ride my bike – Everytime I ride my road bike(Specialized Allez) I see things that seems to jump start my imagination.
  • Visit Galleries or Museums.
  • See a Movie.
  • Take a walk.

These are few of the things I do to inspire myself, how about you? Care to share?
